Reservations are required and can be confirmed when payment is received in person at any of our locations or with a credit card over the phone by fax or email.

BOAT RENTAL DELIVERIES
​
In addition to picking up your rental boat at Snake Creek Marina mm 85.4 or Whale Harbor Marina mm 83.8 in Islamorada, you can have it delivered right to your rental home or hotel! Simply call the number below and talk to one of our Captains to arrange your delivery. We can deliver anywhere in the Keys. Some lower Keys deliveries might incurr a fee but most multi-day deliveries are free.​
CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Seven reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason. If this happens, you will be entitled to a full refund. At 7WAKE, we never want you to pay for some fun you don't get, but we need to be fair to everyone involved, so, like the rest of the world, we have some cancellation policies.

Cancellations made between one (1) week and 48 hours of the commencement of the activity are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and the commencement of the activity are not entitled to a refund. In order to cancel, please email and call us and be sure to get a team member's name when calling.

WEATHER POLICY

​The Islamorada Watersports Company reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time due to unsafe boating conditions, based on the opinion of the owner of the company.We will never operate in unsafe weather. Cloudy days or less-than-perfect conditions are not considered unsafe. In the event that unsafe weather arises, your trip will be prorated and you will be entitled to a refund on the unused portion of the trip.

We offer family-style service: we'll bring the boat to you, take care of any special issues or requests you have, even give you some GPS#'s to some of our favorite local spots!
